Latin America
In Latin America, the “campesinos” (the farmers) and "indígenas" (the original inhabitants of the country), struggle daily for the right to ground, water and a dignified existence. Luckily, there are local NGOs and peoples’ organizations which stand up for their rights. Broederlijk Delen supports these initiatives. In this way, we take care for it that local groups of people can develop their own future. Special attention goes to the Indigenous populations, farmers and women. Broederlijk Delen supports organisations in the following Latin American countries: Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua and Peru.
